What cards qualify?
All graded cards pulled from WeTheHobby repack products are eligible! Got a card you hit elsewhere you’d like to sell us? Email cards@wethehobby.com — we’ll take it from there!
What if I don't remember which break it came from?
No problem! Provide additional details about the card to help us identify your cards quickly and we’ll take care of the rest!
How is the repack value determined?
Our Repack and Merchandising teams work in tandem to determine the market value of cards (“comps”) as our repack products are built. We source our valuation data primarily from these sources: ALT, CardLadder, eBay, and other public auctions to deliver you a trusted, data-backed offer on your cards.
Can I decline the offer?
Yes! Our offers are no-obligation. If you choose to hold the card, we will ship it out to you quickly!
Do you negotiate on offers?
Because our offers are calculated as a percentage of comp values, our Buyback and Customer Service teams are not able to renegotiate offers. If you are a PANTHEON Club member, please use this link for buyback.
How do I get paid?
We make getting paid fast and easy.
For card sales totaling $25,000 or less, we’ll send payment directly to your PayPal account.
For purchases over $25,000, we’ll request your bank wire instructions for secure processing.
Either way, we’ll confirm the payment method with you before finalizing the deal — no surprises, just smooth transactions.
Final Sale Policy
Once your cards and price(s) are confirmed by you via email, and payment has been sent, the sale is considered final. Because of the fast-paced nature of our marketplace and high card turnover, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds after payment is completed.
